Taringa Site Visit

Today I went for a site visit with everyone that enrolled in REDE3202/PLAN 3000
Taringa is just 15 minutes walk from my house and 10 minutes bus rides to reach the Taringa central.
Our aim is to look at the site in person, and think about what would be the most feasible development that should be implemented on the vacant lands there known as Taringa Central and Taringa Gateway.
When deciding which type of development that should be implemented, we also need to ensure that that development suite Taringa characteristics and most importantly given green light by the local resident.
Our team comprises of 4 town planners and 2 property students(inc me).
I should start working on the project.
Firstly, looking at the site from developer point of view.
Money money money...lol..
This is what i am thinking about. Offices for the vacant site in Taringa

This is Taringa Gateway(the vacant land site that has billboard For Sale). The land there is not even and developers should consider the cost of making the land even or building the property according to the uneven land. It will be costing lots of money to the developers.

In addition, if anyone want to review what resident in Taringa and even people in Brisbane's view,

Hoping for a grade 7 for this subject.
InsyaAllah, I'll work hard for it.
