It's worth it

Salam,
this Ramadhan i try to read Al-Quran as many times as possible.
The more i spend time reading the more i discovered new things.
and by recite both in Arabic and the translation,
it helps me to understand what the verse is saying.
And i love it.
Based on the reading, I like to reflect what i read and link to what is happening now in this world.
And i started to fear that we are moving backwards and repeat the same things as what the people before this have done.
the people of Ad,Lut, Tsamud, Madyan and etc that have been wiped away for being wrong doers and resisted Allah.
Oh, i am afraid of what is happening now.
Too many innocent baby were killed each and everyday, free sex among boys and girls, corruption in a country and the worst is homosexsual.
Friends,
do reflect of what is hapening now and think,
History is repeating unless we do something.
I just one things in my mind.....
